Shrimp Cocktail Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 mins.
For 4 persons.

Ingredients:
300 g Shrimp.
4 Cherry Tomatoes.
1/4 Lemon.
1/4 Lettuce.
Dressing:
1 cup of yogurt.
2 teaspoons of ketchup.
2 teaspoons of Mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
5 cornichons.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation:
1. Put yogurt, ketchup, Mayonnaise, sweet paprika, cornichons and salt in blender and mix it for 5 mins.
2. When you are done with blending, put Lettuce in the cup at the bottom and the sides of the glass.
3. Fill the glass with dressing until it's half filled.
4. Put shrimps on the top of the dressing.
5. Put a piece of lemon and cherry tomatoes in the glass.
6. Yay, now the cocktail is ready
