Homemade Bratwurst Bites with Beer and Mustard
Preparation time: 13 hours
For 4 persons

INGREDIENTS:
300g of boneless pork spareribs
100g of pork fat
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground mace
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3/4 cup lager beer
1. Cut pork spareribs and pork fat into bigger cubes
2. Place them in the blender and after mixing it, put it in a freezer for 30 minutes.
3. Now mix salt, sugar, ground mace, ground coriander, ground black pepper and 1/4 glass of beer with meat and mix it all for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. After mixing it all cover it and chill overnight.
5. From pork mixture make small patties.
6. Put skillet on medium heat and put patties for 6-7 minutes.
7. Add 1/4 cup beer to skillet and cook for next 10 minutes.
7. Turn patties over and cook them for last 5 to 7 minutes.
8. Now your homemade bratwurst bites are ready. Enjoy the sweet taste of them with soft pretzels, mustard and beer.
