CAULIFLOWER MOUSSAKA

Ingredients

500g cauliflower
120g chopped onions
150g minced meat
300g chopped tomatoes
A dash of salt, cinnamon & oregano
Parlsey chopped for garnishing.
Method
---------
1. Place caulifower in a pot of boiling water
Put the lid on and slimmer for 8-10 mins or until soft.
2. Meanwhile heat up wok, fry the onions & minced meat.
Add the tomatoes & spices. Stir well & let the mixture
boil a little. Add a little water if needed and tablsp
of tomatoes sauce and a dash of of salt.
3. Add the cooked caulifower and simmer again for 5 mins
in closed wok or pot with with turn off.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving Yummy & delicious!
