How to make sindhi kadhi chawal
Ingredients:chickpea flour or gram flour(besan),potatoes,tomatoes,boiled chickpea,green chili,bell paper or capsicum,ladyfinge,tamarind pulp,salt,red pepper,turmeric,coriander powder,rice n whole cumin seeds.
Method:cook chickpea flour in oil then add add water in it,,,add lotus root/stem (behh)in it..let boil lotus or cook lotus root/stem in it,,it takes time in boiling then add potatoes,,when potatoes are boiled then add freid ladyfinger n bellpeper,chili,tomato etc in it. Add tamarind (imli)pulp n cumin oil in last ,,serve it with rice.
Ingredients/saaman: urdu/sindhi
Besan,behh,aalo,imli,chawal,bhindi,namak,lalmirch,shimla mirch,haldi,dhaniya,tomato,hari mirch.
