FRIED CHICKEN CHOP WITH BAKED POTATOES

Ingredients:
For pOTATOES
-------------
1. Peel and boil 10 small potatoes with salted water until saoft
2. Take out. Add a little salt, a little bit of parsley flakes
and butter.
3. Bake in the airfryer at 200 degrees for 10 mins.
FOR CHICKEN CHOP
----------------
2 PCS of chicken breast cornflour for coating
Marinate:
---------
1. teasp light soya sauce
2. teasp sugar
1/2 teasp salt
1 tablsp salt
1 tablsp pyster sauce
1 tablsp tomato sauce
2 tablsp cornflour
1 egg
METHOD
------
1. Add marinade to the chicken breast and marinate for 30 mins
2. Coat chicken breast with cornflour and fry in hot oil until
golden brown.
3. Cut into slices if desire
Tip: If you want more crispier chicken chop. You deep fry it
but not so healthy.
Ready to serve!
