Besan ke ladoo are traditional Indian festival sweets prepared from gram (chickpea) flour & desi ghee (clarified butter). These are usually prepared on festivals like Diwali.
They need a minimum of ingredients and are very easy to make. We have used boora instead of powdered sugar. This makes the laddo tastier but if you do not have boora you can very well use powdered sugar. Besan ke laddoo stay good for several weeks.
