Aalu Gobi subzi (potato cauliflower vegetable)

Ingredients:
Potatoes (1 inch cube) 2
Cauliflower 250 gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Green chili 4
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger slice 1 inch
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Tomato 1
Coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft.
Now put cumin, green chili and ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add potatoes, cauliflower and tomato and fry it nicely.
Then put salt, red chili, turmeric with 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until it is ready.
Now add yogurt and cover it again.
