Malpura Rabri
Ingredients for Malpura Rabri:
Flour 2 cups
Fennel Powder 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Baking Powder a pinch
Khoya ½ cup
Yogurt 1/3 cup
Oil for frying
Salt a pinch
Ingredients for Sugar syrup:
Sugar 1 cup
Water ½ cup
Ingredients for rabri:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 5 tbsp
Saffron a pinch
Rose water 5 tbsp
Green Cardamom 3
Almonds 3 tbsp
Pistachios 3 tbsp

Method:
For Malpura:
Mix flour, salt, fennel seeds powder and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.
Now whisk in finely shredded khoya, baking powder, yogurt and some water. beat well.
Now heat oil in a pan and this batter using spoon and fry it on medium flame for 6-8 minutes,. Now add these fried malpura in sugar syrup.
For rabri, Boil Milk and cook till it thicken and reduced to half.
Add sugar, saffron, rose water and cardamom. Cook for 10 minutes and leave it to cool .
Remove malpura from sugar syrup and dish it out in a platter , pour rabri mixture and garnish with almonds and pistachios
