How to make Tomato chutney with curry leaves

Ingredients
* Tomatoes (sliced) 250 gm
* Curry leaves 6 - 8
* Garlic paste 1 tsp
* Mustard seeds 1 tsp
* Cumin seeds 1 tsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Red chilli whole 6
* Salt 1 tsp
* Vinegar 1 tbsp
* Sugar 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions

2. Heat up oil in a pan.
3. Add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and red chilly whole in the oil and fry for two minutes.
4. Add garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
5. Fry until slightly red.
6. Then add tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes. Also add little water in it.
7. Cover with lid for 5-6 minutes.
8. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and red chilly powder in it.
9. Fry until the oil separates.
10. Serve chilled
