FRIED NOODLES
--------------------------
Ingredients:

3 pieces of dry noodles
( to be soaked in water for 30 mins)
2 eggs (Fried & cut into pieces)
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons of shredded carrot
2 tablespoons of green peas
A handful of bean sprouts
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons soya sauce
some spring onions, coriander & chilies for garnishing

Method
------------
1.In a heated wok, beat eggs, add a pinch of salt and fry n omelette style. Take out put aside.
2.In the same wok, 3 tablespoons of oil, add onions & garlic,
fry until fragrant, add cabbage, carrot, green peas and fry
for a while. Then add noddles, add 1 1/2 tablespoons soya
sauce and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. Turn and toss
noddles while frying until thoroughly mixed for 5 approx.
5 mins.
Add bean sprouts. Toss and ready to serve.
Garnish with egg slices & spring onions, coriander & chilies.

Simple and delicious. Try it and you will like it.
